While the medical science behind fertility treatment can often be the critical factor in a successful pregnancy, we understand that the science can be confusing and daunting. Our approach is to always listen first - we never assume that you will need a specific treatment, and we will take the time to let you tell us how you feel, and to describe your situation and ask questions. We promise to always answer your questions fully and truthfully.

It is only once we have listened to everything you want to say that we will start our thorough evaluation of your unique situation, and to us it makes no difference if you have previously undergone treatment in one or more clinics, or whether this is your first fertility clinic visit - our approach is always thorough and considered. We often have patients come to us following unsuccessful treatments in other programs and we understand the feelings that come with having been through such an intense and personal experience.

We connect

We will gather together all of your information, paying careful attention in every case as we search for clues. Gathering this past information is essential to helping us determine the best way forward, which is why we ask you to sign a release of information agreement for both partners. We always assess both partners carefully even if problems have been found with one partner in the past as it is not uncommon to find two or more factors contributing to fertility problems.

While our approach is evidence based, we recognise there can be areas related to your situation, your beliefs and specific care needs for which the scientific evidence does not yet exist. Through decades of experience, combined with the highest possible qualifications and skills, we have a proven mastery for cases where a blended approach is required.
